As part of the Via Carpatia Forum, the exhibition “Sacred Colors of Hutsul region” was opened in Verkhovyna. The authors of the exposition are natives of the Verkhovyna region, the married artists Mykola and Svitlana Rybenchuka.

“The main goal, the main goal of our exhibition was to research, promote, spread the great Hutsul culture. Culture is the main foundation on which the state should be built. If the state is not built on culture, then it will not have that powerful spiritual development. Culture is the source and pillar on which civilization must rest. And we are actually investigating this ancient Hutsul culture, which dates back many, many thousands of years before our era. We conduct scientific and artistic expeditions, explore the history of our Carpathian mountains, and paint pictures from there. We want to reveal to the world that indisputable tradition that can change Europe and the whole world. This is very important, we must know that we are a great nation with a deep tradition and great culture. We should not bow our heads to Europe, but they should understand that there is a great tradition and a great culture here, and this is very important.”
